Registration opens on September 1 for the 2026-27 basketball season. Questions? Email basketball@kingswood.church.
Leagues
League age is determined by the player's age as of August 31, 2026. For example, a player who turns 11 on or before August 31, 2026 would be placed in the 11-12 age group; while a player who turns 11 on or after September 1 would be placed in the 9-10 age group.

Practices
Practices will be held one night during the week and on Saturdays until games begin in December. Weekday practice nights are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Practices will begin the week of November 2, 2026.
Games
Most regular season games will be played on Saturdays. Games will be played in local church gyms within the area. Regular season games will begin December 5 and end January 30. Playoffs will start on February 1 and finish by February 6 (including weekday games). Note that winter weather can result in game cancellations. As a result, we cannot guarantee a certain number of games to be played.
Coaching information
Each team must have a coach. Coaches will need to submit background checks and complete Safe Sanctuaries training.
